Madhavi Uppalapati, MD
Dr. Uppalapati, completed her Internal Medicine Residency in 2002 at University Of Illinios at 
Urbana-Champaign. She practiced as a Hospitalist at various hospitals in and around Orlando, FL for over 12 years, and started her own outpatient clinic in Lake Mary FL.
Dr. Uppalapati is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians. She specializes in providing care for men and women from young adulthood through their senior years. Her focus is on preventing, diagnosis and treatment of acute medical problems, the management of long term medical conditions, as well as promoting good general health.
Dr. Uppalapati holds privilages at Central Florida Regional Hospital, Orlando Regional Hospitals, and Florida Hospitals. She takes care of long-term care patients at Lake Mary Health and Rehabilitation center in Lake Mary.
